Return Process
Our return process is easy and there is no sneaky fine print.
Simply return the complete kit - case, disks and journal to the address above. You don't need any numbers or permission from us. Don't worry if it is used or marked. Don't worry if someone sat on it. If there is something private written in the journal you can tear it out and send what is left. If your dog chewed a disk, don't worry, send the pieces. The only possible surprise we could think of is that the refund does not include shipping costs either direction. (The Post Office won't let us give their money away for some reason....) Our promise to refund your purchase is good any time within 90 days- up to the last minute is just fine. (60 days for the MedFaqs CD's). If you used a credit card we will refund it to that card. If you used PayPal, we will refund it to your PayPal account. If you send a check, we will send you a check.
Make sure you include identifying information and date purchased so we get the refund to the right person. We would love any feedback you could offer, positive or negative (we're big, we can take it), to help us improve. That is optional and will NOT impact your refund.
